The cancellation date will be the date of receipt of the message. <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">The refund, where applicable, will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days through the same payment method used in the booking.<\/p><h3 class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Cancellations due to force majeure<\/h3><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">In duly accredited cases of force majeure (serious illness, death of a direct family member or other exceptional circumstances), each case will be studied individually.
