CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made by the customer

The client may cancel their reservation at any time, applying the following conditions according to the time remaining until the rental start date:

• More than 30 days before: 100% refund of the amount paid.
• Between 15 and 30 days before: refund of 50% of the amount paid.
• Less than 15 days before: no refund will be made.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to reservas@autocaravanasrutanorte.com. The cancellation date will be the date of receipt of the message.

The refund, where applicable, will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days through the same payment method used in the booking.

Cancellations due to force majeure

In duly accredited cases of force majeure (serious illness, death of a direct family member or other exceptional circumstances), each case will be studied individually. To do this, contact us at reservas@autocaravanasrutanorte.com.

Cancellations made by Autocaravanas Ruta Norte

In the unlikely event that it is necessary to cancel the booking on our part, the client will receive a full refund of the amount paid within a maximum period of 7 calendar days.

Booking Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days in advance by writing to reservas@autocaravanasrutanorte.com. Availability for the new requested dates is not guaranteed.
